• Coordinate and run local and remote ADR sessions all over the world (over 12 time zones), professionally communicating with vendors, talent or talent representatives, and studio creatives
• Facilitate and set up POs & Invoices, Equipment Rentals, and technology troubleshooting within the editorial team and through studio technology departments
• Set up physical and remote meetings, take notes for creatives, and assist in any and all needs of the post and editorial teams
